My Services:
My pregnancy and birth services are centered on the mother’s needs and hopes for her child's birth. I hope to give the mother a sense of confidence knowing she is emotionally and spiritually prepared for birth. This path will be different for every mother and we will work together to achieve a birth that is not only a miracle but also a positive experience. Below is a basic outline of care it may be vary depending on the mom’s individual needs. I am currently serving the Lehigh Valley as well as parts of eastern New Jersey. Services Include:
-24 hour on call support, including phone contact for all questions & concerns.
-2 prenatal visits to discuss fears, expectations, calming techniques, previous births, etc.
-One Prenatal consult free of charg.
-Assistance with creating a birth vision and postpartum plan.
-Advice on positioning for labor & natural pain relief such as massage, heat/cold, vocalization, visualization, and hydrotherapy.
-Emotional & physical support through out your entire labor & birth.
- Take pictures or video during the birth and labor (if requested)
-Assistance with breastfeeding & continuous breastfeeding support for as long as your nursing relationship lasts.
-Postpartum visit to discuss your birth, help with breastfeeding.
